Following the successful completion of around 240,000 sqft in the first phase of this development, development funding agreement completed for Albion Land with RDI REIT investor on circa 300,000 sqft of warehousing now under construction. Anticipated  gross completed development value in the order of £42m. Phased completion with the first unit currently scheduled for completion May 2019.
