First Line

A new 130,000 sqft warehouse and headquarters facility pre let to First Line Ltd.  Full funding was secured from Associated British Foods Pension Trustees.  Practical Completion March 2012.  

 

Goodrich

A new 120,000 sqft warehouse and headquarters facility pre sold to CTG Ltd / Goodrich Actuation Systems Ltd. Completion July 2012.
