Purchase of a 1930's office builing at the north west corner of Lincoln's Inn Fields for Blenheim & GE Capital and subsequent refurbishment to provide 28,000 sqft which was pre let on Practical Completion. The investment was subsequently sold to clients of ING Real Estate for £22m.
