Warehouse Development Funding

Development funding advice and completion of a funding transaction with Aver Properties Limited/Ergo RE on behalf of Albion Land on the first phase of development comprising circa 200,000 sqft in five mid size warehouse units. An anticipated GDV of circa £35m. The entire scheme will be a major 500,000 sqft employment park with construction, along with initial infrastructure works to provide the new Middleton Stoney Road, starts in September 2019 with completion anticipated in June/July 2020.
